| The Plant in Spain |

The plant is located in Banyeres del Penedès, near Tarragona, and was built in 1975 by Farma Lepori, a Spanish company aquired by the Angelini Group in 1979.
The original plant was expanded in 1991 with the construction of a modern laboratory for quality control and new process development. A new drying and packaging facility was installed in 1999. |
